In 2020, LOGI in partnership with Publish what you pay, worked on developing a citizen guide that aims to simplify the terms and conditions of the "Exploration & Production Agreement" between the Lebanese government and the 1st liscensing round winning consotium Total, ENI and Novatek. 

This document will allow Lebanese citizens to better undertstand the content of the contract weather from the relationship between different rightholders, the steps that should be taken in the production phase, appraisal plan, declaration of commerciality as well as employment, royalties, cost and profit petroleum.
